Dear Sir, You had made a booking for 2nd October, but did not check in on that date. Later, you requested to reschedule your stay to 3rd October, mentioning that the booking was made by mistake. At the time of your arrival, we clearly explained that weekend rates differ from weekday rates, and this was also communicated to you in person. Since our property was available on 3rd October, we offered you the option to pay the rate difference of ₹3,500 or to coordinate the change directly with MMT (MakeMyTrip). We also noticed that your review contains irrelevant images which do not belong to our property. As you did not actually stay with us, your review appears to be misleading and unfair. We always strive to maintain transparency and provide the best experience to all our guests. However, posting incorrect information or unrelated images can negatively impact genuine businesses.
