Review Of Hotel Solitaire

Everything is very Poor like cleaning, food, room service etc. Given food was very low quality & quantity Also like 2 Roti & 1 sabhi only Not provided breakfast also.

Not at all as shown in description room was very small and losts of patches not happy at all it's better to visit and book

Worsk hotel i have ever booked no dental kit no bath kit no shower gel not saving kit no telephone working no wifi small room dirty bathroom no bath soap no slippers bad service i ordered breakfast 8:30 till now don't get it. Now it's 10:25. Finally i leave hotel without breakfast. In breakfast also you can choose only one item. I never book this hotel again. Also cost was higher than other hotels.

Hotel solitaire is situated at a prime location of saharanpur i. E. The clock tower in the heart of the hustle bustle. The rooms are budget friendly but it is not at all clean and hygienic. So it's a big no for the families to book this. Not recommended for all.

Very poor hotel for families.

The shower was not working, the toilet flush was broken, no towels were given by hotel, bad smell from blanket, stinking water bottles, tea cups were broken, and there were countless mosquitoes. We will never stay in this hotel.

Cleanliness was not up to standard. Ordered food quality by the hotel boys was below average standard.

Dear mm t team, don't know how you given 3 star to this hotel. It's not hotel it's guest house. Room given. To me has not a single window no sun light, without light no vison. For foood they asked for cash and delivery done looks like from other sources. Water given bisclari instead the original one after payment. For hot water said no light dirty very unpleasant

the property is well situated and is in good condition. maintenance and staff are awesome.. the hotel is tastelfuly decorated. seldom.we encounter a wall with pink floyd, sherlock holmes etc.

I really enjoyed staying here. Usually i use to visit for 3 to 4 days i prefer this hotel as hotel staff is very friendly

Not even single safety measures followed. Very poor cleanliness, full of dust, waste cigarette packets and other bad items below bed,

Room are small but very nice and clean.

Location good, food menu option less.
Room heater not available. Cup boards not available. Room consisted. Noise from other rooms at night. Parking available. Staff cooperative. Less option in menu for dinner or lunch. But if you ask they can bring from local market.

Experience at hotel Solitaire was fine.

Overall, hotel is very good but breakfast time service so late.

The experience with solitaire was quite good but the only one thing was the WiFi connectivity was not good and didn't get me proper internet connection. Either the whole experience was good. I wound rate 4 out of 5 over all. Thanks

The stay was pleasant. The hotel is close to Saharanpur railway station.
Good hotel, great connectivity.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Room and washroom were dirty specially washroom was in terrible condition. No window net in washroom so influx of mosquitoes was there in room as well as washroom. Somehow I passed that night.

It's OK. Room service is OK. Room cleaning was good. Food was good. Hospitality was good.

Everything is good. Food is OK.
