पहले मैंने रिव्यु पढ़ा, जिसमें बेडशीट और बाथरूम गंदा होने की शिकायत आई थी। मुझे रात काटनी थी, असमंजस के साथ गया। रात के 11 बज गए थे, होटल के मालिक सरदार जी अपने स्टाफ के साथ खुद मौजूद थे। हमें रहने को जो कमरा दिया गया वह साफ-सुथरा था। बाथरूम एकदम ठीक और सभी नल बराबर काम कर रहे थे। रात ज्यादा हो गई थी, फिर भी पहले अच्छी चाय मिली उसके बाद बेहतरीन भोजन मिला। रात को सकून से नींद आई। सुबह गर्मा गर्म चाय-पराठे और दही मिला। ब्रेकफास्ट भी बहुत अच्छा था। फिर हम चेकआउट किए। होटल स्टाफ बहुत ही मिलनसार और सहयोगी है। सबकुछ बहुत बढ़िया रहा। आपलोग अपने परिवार के साथ बिना किसी संकोच के आ सकते है। एक बार पुनः "सरदार जी" और उनके स्टाफ को धन्यवाद और शुभकामनाएं।।

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but was provided a normal room instead. The bedsheet provided was extremely dirty, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, I was denied options for breakfast despite it being part of the booking, which added to the poor experience. I had higher expectations from your hotel, but this stay was far below standard. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better service for future .

nice rooms with good food and maintained rooms and this staff was good and polite

This is an unmaintained, over priced, old property. Had to struggle even in opening the main door. Gate of washroom could not be closed and locked from in side. In this summer time, they had provided dirty warm blanket, no sheets. Not even a jug of water available.

Water bottles must be complimentary but it took 52 rupees for 2 bottles Non ac rooms washrooms were not clean ,even flush was not working I never recommend this to anyone

don't refer this hotel to family members this is a pure Oyo type hotel . The behaviour of the owner was also not good. I had a non AC room, I requested for an AC room which I took for additional charges but his AC was also not working.

the hotel staff is extremely supportive, I lost my gold earrings in hotel , they helped me find it and give it back to me safely. and food is also good. rooms are neat and clean.

Staffs have very good behavior and receptionist and all the members and good service

Worst experience ever. Worst experience ever, room was not clean properly, bedsheet and pillow was very filthy, washroom was not in good condition as well, doors was not working properly, overall i don't recommend this hotel

Quality of service was very poor, not at all worth the money, bedsheet had stains in it and blanket were stinking of bad smell, geyser was not working
