it was a nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is located on the main road at a walking distance from Saharanpur railway station.

Located in a congested locality. Paid parking away from hotel. Access is clumsy and complicated. Not worth staying in

Went their at night and i had some luggage, there was no lift i had to and rooms are upstairs carrying luggage and climbing was a big tast and then after entering the room the toilet was so dirty couldn't even say, somehow i spent few hours and left as soon as i woke up in the morning. The rent according to the maintenance was too much, very poorly maintained unhygienic, area is also not good, moreover windows are completely open theifs can enter the room by window easily, unsafe, disappointed with this booking. Completely waste of money

The staff at besara guest house was very hospitable ) they offered me masala chai. I called to ask if they had a hair dryer in the room, and they went out and found one for me to use. I would absolutely stay here again.

Issues no drinking water if the room is not comfortable you can't change otherwise they charge extra. The room was not cleaned properly hair and dusty floor tv not working

The entry was so narrow and hence extremely difficult for elderly people to enter. The steps were very steep. The room was dirty and unkept. The washroom was filthy as well. Quite disappointed.

Staff is very good and it's a nice place to stay in budget i have been here for 2 nights i have tried both ac and non-ac rooms and both of them were very good.
