Location is good and services is not bad.

I stayed one night washroom not clean Bed sheet and pillow not clean.

Very bad condition, the blanket was torn apart, a very useless hotel in real . It could be called Dharamsala instead of hotel.

Location is good but drinking water facility is not good they provide supply water fill in Bisleri bottle.

I regret firstly over choosing this hotel secondly for accepting to take an upgrade in the same disgusting hotel since I had plan for just a night. Its time Make my trip pulls this hotel out of its list. These buggers recovered the Make my trip commission also from me. While checking in were in request mode not to leave hotel and accept the upgrade, however at check out mode were rude and arguing that we need to pay the upgrade charge plus the make my trip commission. The location of the hotel does not seem to be place you can take family. The bedsheets were as dirty as those used by rag pickers however they claimed those were placed on the same day Morning. Its only when I insisted that I would take the room only if the sheet is changed that the replacement was given. Overall very disappointed. I trusted MMT exclusive as one of make my trips Best collection sadly I was wrong. I checked in on 9th May around 6PM and checked out on 10th May at 5 AM. Most of the time chose not to stay there. Make my Trip I really wish you didn't have them in your list. This stay has shaken my trust over you.

Good hotel near railway station Saharanpur ... Good response from the hotel management ... Need to improve their house keeping and catering services ... Should have a good restaurant to cater for travellers.
