Rooms are big and service is fast and good. Breakfast variety is not good, more items can be added. Washrooms can be improved with better toiletries

hotel stay poor review due to unprofessional night duty staff and breakfast menu and service draft 35 words Night duty staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the stay. Breakfast service was poorly organized with very limited options and delayed refills. Overall, disappointing experience and not worth the price considering the hotel’s claimed standards.

Ac was not working properly. Staff was nice . Bathrooms were not that much clean .

ac was not working properly we called a technical person twice but it showed a cold shoulder, i compiled it to reception for the same but also denied and said sir can choose another hotel.

Issue related to ac, due to which it has humidity all around the room, Also quality of brakfast

Bed sheets, pillows and blankets were very dirty .. Also a bath towel and face towel dirty and wet. No parking facility..

The hotel is located on the way from saharanpur to ambala road. It is very close to the city centre. The room is neat, clean and spacious. I have booked the executive room it is good with a mini fridge, TV, and a city view. Food is good,must try a spice restaurant.

This is not at all a 3-Star Property. Rooms were very old, washrooms were not clean, taps and shower was not functional, heated water supply was not functional half the time of our stay, no toiletries provided, no proper parking, except one or two, mostly staffs do not know hospitality at all. Overall property standards were even below and average small city hotel, room preparation took time at time of checkin, utensils in rooms were filthy, electronic items were mostly not working. Never seen such a Hotel listed as 3 star ever. Lobby was having bad smell, junkyard is the only view that you get out of your window, in name of city view. Banquet at the time property is so noisy all the time. Overall, very bad experience.
