Review Of Hotel Siroy Classic

as per my booking, not provided me deluxe room. The door lock was broken. The staff behaviour was very bad.

They where not accepting with local ID's,,as it is written in MMT site that local ID's are allowed, so I have to show them my other ID and moreover Room condition is very poor no proper clinines, bathroom was quite dirty and AC condition was bad too (lickage) .As I have booked my room with complimentary breakfast from the MMT site but they told they just wrote it.. they where telling me to pay for the breakfast... so my dear brother and sisters I suggest you guys to pay attention on it and should not stay in this hotel where all the conditions are very bad... extremely bad experience....

room is too small, they were not properly co-operate..firstly we booked hotel with complimentary breakfast but they told us with this package their is no breakfast included..I request to make my trip please don't be created any confusion with customer, whatever we booked through your site that is also should clear with the hotels..otherwise we faced too much problem..

Nice staff good cleaning environment and all facilities available. So each one can book hotel siroy classic.

My room' refrigerator smelled. After complaining siroy classic change the room but after that my final room was very small.

Location is gud, room & bathroom not clean, bed mattress are old and torn, need to change, sometimes bathroom becomes very smelly, dinner is good and breakfast not in quality. Need to improve the room quality

Your app says this is 3 star hote. This is not upto the mark. Not even single star hotel. I don't want to stay in this hotel. Kindly cancel my booking

Deluxe room was comfortable, cosy and clean. The staff were friendly. Ac was not working normally but fixed after a room service. Overall not the best but good.

Very small room, ac temperature can't be changed, toilet seat broken, water leakage from the ac. The chair was broken and changed after asking. No recharge for the tv, done after asking. It is mentioned that wifi is available in the facilities, however, when asked for the password, the staff informed it is not working. Over all at this price it is a complete waste.

We have been in guwahati for office work and stayed in the shiloy lily classic but we are not satisfied with service, and size of the room, not enough space for 2 person to move inside the room

Non cooperation from the staff. No one responds to the call. Rude staff. No tv recharge. No complimentary water bottle. No geyser. Pathetic service charging so high price.

Should have been better if the receptionist can speak in english, even a little. Breakfast should at least be ready by 7, they know how many guest they have and should prepare accordingly. We tried to east breakfast @8 since we want to go to the zoo, but we have to wait for more than 15mins. We booked a deluxe room, it was very very small than expected. There was a living room on the picture, if not included, should not have been in the picture

Very bad reception, bad wifi, bad bathroom condition, very bad food and food preparation. Location is not very prominent of the property. We have a terrible experience in the hotel#don't book the hotel stay of siray classic. . .

The hotel staffs were very well behaved and even the security guard very humble. In house restaurant is excellent food and tea is just awesome. Once you go there please a cup of tea there.

I complaint to make my trip 1st they gave us room, their door nob i s not working properly, small room, no geyser nothing and more last room of the hotel construction is going we told them to change it 4 time they didn't then i complaint to make my trip then change it after i raised my voice that too used room

No safety measure and think room should be clean properly….TV remote and TV also not running

Hotel was clean, very polite services of all staff. Food was very good.

Teribble receptionist. They said it was couple friendly but it was not. Receptionist was quite rude n disrespectful. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone
