I am not comfortable with the saty and I will reach the hotel @ 9.30 front office staff dolt me that your check in time is 12 o clock so you Wight with 12 o clock i request to front office staff to I will check out with early so consider my request please check in ge doesn't understand I really fed up with day not visited Again ... Thank you.

Very dirty rooms and linen. Had to encounter 2 rats in the middle of night. No windows in the room. Overall a very pathetic hotel

Very bad room, not cleaned, you can not sleep in night because of big mosquitoes. Room size is very small. Better hotels are available in nearby localities.

Family rooms are good and very spacious and also clean. But on the hall way someone kept smoking from morning and it was unbearable to get out in to hallway. Otherwise it was pleasant stay. Car parking was there so that is also fine.

I stayed at Hotel Shreenithi with family. The deluxe room was excellent. It was very clean and hygienic. Response from the staff is very good. I recommend this hotel for good stay. Thanks to the staff.

It was a nice stay, no complaints but i would recommend if they can start at least tea and coffee services.

Room and pricing: we booked a non-ac room for two days at hotel sreenethi in madurai, costing around 2800 rs. The room was comfortable and adequately equipped for a short stay. The beds were spacious and comfortable enough for two people, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cleanliness: cleanliness is a top priority for us, especially when it comes to restrooms. I was pleased to find that the restrooms at hotel sreenethi were exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest i've seen in a budget hotel. This attention to hygiene significantly enhanced our stay. Location: the hotel's location is another strong point. Situated just a two-minute walk from the bus stand, it offers great convenience for travelers relying on public transportation. This made it easy for us to explore madurai without any hassle. Service and policies: however, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The hotel charges an additional 550 rs for early check-in, even if the rooms are not occupied. This policy felt unreasonable, especially since the rooms appeared to be available. Moreover, when contacting the hotel directly, we were informed that rooms were fully booked. Yet, we were able to make a booking through online portals like makemytrip. This discrepancy in information was confusing and somewhat frustrating. Overall experience: despite the early check-in fee and booking inconsistencies, our overall experience at hotel sreenethi was positive. The room's cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and prime location near the bus stand were standout features. For the price, it offers good value, provided you are aware of and can navigate the early check-in policy.

Lot of noise pollution, mosquito problem however, the ambience was satisfactory. I felt the cost was a bit high for that amenities. Ok for no choice you can stay for a day.

It is good, but little maintain rooms without musty smell please use room freshness, not bad will try another time to staying,

I booked the room using makemytrip. Com and the transaction for booking went smooth also hotel checkin was smooth.

The hotel is located opposite to bus stand which is the most advantage. Service is good and cleanliness is also really good.

Location is the biggest advantage with this stay since it's right across the maatuthavani bus stand. For food options, they don't even give your complimentary water bottle, but there's a kumar mess right next to this building. But the most disappointing aspect is the room. Don't think they care to spend on maintenance. The room felt stinky as a dungeon from the moment we entered. We needed it only for a night's sleep, but even that was a struggle. Though they have a parking space, there's no security at the parking area and its a struggle with other cars.

Hotel facilities are very nice but second batch staffs approach very bad because there is no kind approach that's staff expecting money only and if you want spend time with joy of people and friends don't choose there but hotel facilities good one i would like to say owner should know the staffs activities thank you very much

The receptionist was rude. Room was not in good condition. Tv and water heater not working properly. Extra bed was not provided until night. Bed and bed spreads were not clean. The hotel staffs made a scratch on my car and ended up with argument with my driver.

The stay was good and comfortable. The staff were good and polite. A complementary water bottle and coffee for the cost paid would have added browney points !
