Very well maintained rooms...venkatesan assisted us in checking in and gave good suggestions about the restaurants and other sights seeing places

Good ambience for family and couple and located as right place to visit all tourist places with reasonable price

Though it was in one of the main areas of Anna Nagar, Madurai, it was in very bad condition. To say the least, there was not even a towel rod in the bathroom. Bathroom door couldn't be closed fully. Further the maintenance was very poor. I felt very sorry to write this review. I will never recommend this. No nearby food facility.

since I reached madurai at 6:30 pm it's almost starting of night, find little bit hard to find the property location, may auto person mistake. we booked only room. Rooms are nice, clean, & secured. I had stayed in all Grace n hotels, but compared to others the only issue their is no Power back.

This is really nice home stay kind of lodge room which one we got a felt like stayed in a separate house. Le grace home stay is worth to stay if you dont want stayed in a crowded lodge.

In an isolated locality. To walk half a km to get an auto rickshaw. No proper display of name to identify the homestay.

The stay was horrible and waste of money, there were no drinking water, no glass, no plate, full of mosquitos, no mosquito coil, the toilet was very ditty with flooded water upto 1 foot. When we asked for rectify, the care taker asked to leave the hotel at 11:30pm

Good place but tricky location

I recommend to family to stay gud area and surrounding areas peace property owner is friendly,a/c and hot water facility is gud 👍 we got big room for 3 members we felt like homely

Had a nice experience here. Gives you privacy. Near by to aravind eye hospital. The property is like a home stay set up

Very bad rooms, in fact we have not stayed there, we came to le grace residency to our relative room. Can you refund our money rs. 3851 for two rooms. Really worst experience we had, we felt that we are cheated. Very sorry to say this. Please refund our money.

Cozy room and good customer care. Lack of drinkable water or a kettle is a disadvantage. Owner mended for our needs within 5 minutes.

There is no proper maintenance location was good if maintain properly it's an average stay for family

Had a pleasant one-night stay; the property owners were welcoming, providing excellent hospitality.

Kindly change white color bedsheet and pillow cover. Because other color cant give a perfect match thanu

Stayed a day; coordinating staff was courteous; location is good; furniture is ok; no restaurant attached; i would have happy if the rest rooms and the place is cleaned perfectly; suggest to have a common generator to provide one light with fan to each room; as restaurant is not there, a room-boy to be stationed to assist to procure tiffin and coffee

Simple compact room. Don't expect toiletries. Just for an overnight stay you can book this room. Economical ac room.

Nobody to take care of the property. No drinking water available. Asked to purchase outside. Blanket not provided. On demand they gave a dirty blanket. Nobody to receive the key also during the time of vacation. Finally asked to keep the keys in a place.

At the time of check-in, they are telling me that they don't have any rooms available for me, despite of my advanced booking. Finally they convinced me to take an average, small nonac room for my booking (i booked for 3ppl) and also telling that they cannot provide a third bed. The room they have given was not at all clean with full of cockroaches. Given a very low-quality spring mattress - no sleep due to that. Worst people. After asking multiple times, they have given a third bed, it's barely a cheap matress to be laid on the floor which is very dirty. Cupboards are damaged & no use of them. Hot water tap not worked in bathroom. The worst thing is the spring mattress they given. I never seen such a low quality mattress in my life. The springs are touching our back bone & at the edges the matress gets compressed so much & tilting us to fall of from the bed.
