Average experience for the stay. Noise in alleyways.but overall average experience and staff friendly.

property was nice, rooms are neat and clean and food is Good, staffs are very good and helping persons. experience is good. in this property.

please do not consider this hotel for stay as this was my worst stay ever .. let me tell you the issues i found during 5 days stay: 1. i haven't got the all amenities which was mentioned 2. wifi was not working for 2 days 3. they give you the room at the same floor where their own banquet marriage guest stays so they all can shout all night and you were not able to sleep for second .. this happens just to poor management 4. ⁠you will get repetitive breakfast (you will get suprise when u see plastic cup placed for tea/coffee )

I found this property through make my trip location is ok, amenities and services and food is good. But very disappointed due to not get support to amend booking and add in gst from both mm t and hotel as well.

Rooms are small rest all is good in the basic category rest they don’t serve mineral water after 12. 30 am in the night. If i am thirsty how will i drink water

The room is a bit small at this price range and you can hear people from other rooms, but the room is comfortable to stay in and the food is also good. Would recommend staying here👍🏻

Food and rooms are excellent. Service also size of the room, amenities, courteousness of staff were even better than many star hotels. The way to connect to internet is not user friendly.

Extremely porous room. People kept talking in the alleyway and i could not sleep whole night. Plus hygiene standards of this hotel including restaurant are below average.

Complaint for tax invoice not being provided and not able to change the contact details despite launching compliant in mm t and in hotel. Lot of things are not mentioned in mm t at the time of booking.

Great stay. However, the ac was not working and the reception staff was extremely rude for not having my id, even though i had a photo on my phone. They didn’t let my mu a in the room because one of them didn’t have her id even when they told her they had already left before i could inform them about the same. I think a little cooperation from their side would have been a nice gesture.

It was a nice clean room and the staff was very friendly and courteous too. They have a restaurant downstairs which is pretty decent. They just need to enhance their breakfast and allow a later checkout. All in all, a great stay.

Its an average hotel, i have stayed in many hotels and when they charge this much they provide extra table and chair for meals, which was missing here, only 2 sockets in the room, breakfast had limited options. However staff was polite and well behaved.

The room was small but with all basic amenities and decent. The quality of the products given was average. Food at the restaurant was average. The staff was friendly. Location wise- i had to go for a fair to bec, the options were a cab or an auto- 15 mins one way. Orbit mall and metro to andheri are walking distance of like 5-10 mins. For the price charged, the hotel should up their game. For a visit for work in this area, i might book again.
