behave and bad experience
Bad behaviour all staff and poor service. Also food quality is poor. No towel and no drinking water supply

Average Stay
We booked the hotel for 11 persons including 2 children and for 2 days. We booked 3 premium rooms for 11 persons ( according to 'make my trip') but they offered us 3 double bedded rooms! any way, we are disappointed and we booked another room from reception because online booking closed! this the humble problem! Breakfast is good. Swimming Pool is too small! We adjust. They also. Thanks.

The distance of the hotel are very far and confusing Staffs behavior are very rude. the servicing of the lunch and dinner to late

very far from Beach. location on app is incorrect. room very small. price is high on app. book directly room tariff is Rs 1000 less

the property didn't match the rating. small untidy room. rude behaviour. we reported the same to higher management. however the manager was kind enough to provide us a better alternative hotel.

Trip to digha
Hotel is good but not up to the mark. But good enough to stay. Food is good in this hotel which is good & for that I will stay in that hotel next time too. Behaviour of staffs are polite.

Best experience
The overall experience was fabulous and regarding the amenities was too good, food was amazing, cleanliness and pool was too good. Staffs were very well mannered and polite my next digha trip will definitely include this hotel.

Good Stay
Location was very confusing, exact location was not given plus its was little far from the beach. Food was just mid in short its not upto the mark which was charged. But other than that everything was ok .

room was good. clean. but comparatively smaller in size. food was very tasty. staff were helpful. beach is little distant from the hotel, around a 10 minutes walk.
