room service to good but fooding quality not good but service members behaviour are so good 😊

I knew the property location, but still make my trip guide me very properly I didn't try the food there staff behaviour very good

I found my stay in this hotel is not suitable , it's far away from New Digha Sea Beach . But we are so dissatisfied by the service from the hotel . I will not recommend for staying over there.

The room was clean and had all the amenities, one of the best experience! the staff was also very helpful and friendly. overall it was a nice experience and would surely visit again!

Makemytrip showing rooms and actual room conditions are totally different. And the service is also very bad. The room bed cover pillow covers are very darty.

Room was good , Food was also good ( specially 'Allu Pasto' ) 👌, Stuff Behavior is very good 👍, There are no extra charges for early check in ( if availability) as per hotelier Confirmation, it's unbelievable offer. Horrible experience with the staff. Show a picture Booked. Then reached hotel. Provide us a very small room with dirty bed, bed sheet, pillow & room condition is very very bad.

Rooms bed sheets and pillows are not clean. There is only one guy who cleans and does all the stuff. That guy is good but it's not possible for him to clean all the rooms by himself. And you can even cancel the booking.

Rooms were excellent in budget price point. And behaviour of staff was also very good

Compared to previous experiences with others, staffs are very good and well behaved. Prices are also reasonable. Rooms are excellent. Only thing one may question, that it's not by the sea shore.
