Excellent Stay
Enjoyed our short stay at Sarthak Residency. The ppl at reception were very cooperative. Sadiq was very friendly.

Terrible Stay
Room is not same like photoes. Tv was not working . After booking ac room they provide non ac room.after complain they give ac room.cleaning was not done properly.

Good Stay

Had an enjoyable stay with family.
I had an enjoyable stay here with my family. Hotel is located right in main market, makes it very convenient for tourists to explore the market at any time. Car can go right till hotel door step. Found hotel staff polite, friendly and helpful. We got same type of rooms as we requested and matching the description in the App. Rooms were quite decent and clean with required facilities. Rooms were getting cleaned on a daily basis.

The room provided was not suitable for 3 sharing.In photo it was spacious. Internet was not working. Room was clean and neat. Location was good Staff was good.

groupWe booked 2 rooms for 3 people each. There was not enough space for 3rd person. Somehow he put one extra mattress in the room. There was no phone network and no wifi in the room. We had to sit in the reception most of the time to get network. Hotel person knocked the door late in the night to check what we would have in breakfast even though they could have asked when we were at reception mostly. Second time he knocked to tell us that we can have just poha in breakfast.

Good location near main market, helpful l staff, clean rooms, hot water was available 24/7. Overall it was excellent.

Comfortable visit
Though there were some issues with the room, the staff went off their way to resolve them for us and to make our stay comfortable. Much appreciated. Would visit again. Rooms much better and clean if compared to nearby hotels
