Very nice place.... Staff was very polite... Room was cleaned.. overall experience is best... food quality is also good... at night time they arranged karwa (Music) program . That was also ver nice.. this resort is best at affordable price

food including breakfast is good. chef 👩‍🍳 are north indian . rooms are big with balcony and good garden view. they have banquet. staffs are very friendly. available on every online portal. hotel is not maintained. reception looks huge but shabby. floors and furnitures🪑 are not polished .toilets are moderate. view is not towards valley as the hotel is on the other side of the main road. overall feelings is like a very good budget hotel with good food. took two rooms. enjoyed a lot with family.

Our stay was comfortable, very calm location. Visiting points were aprochable. Foods were delicious & in quite reasonable price. There is a problem of hot water supply in bathroom. Rest is ok.

Worst experience room was worst lock was not working properly wash room was in bad conditions no one was ready to co operate management person was very rude in nature dnt have way to speak with cmer facilities is very worst not upto mark as shown in images so be cautious before booking hotel. Main reason they were not happy because, we booked this room. And they want us to book the same offline.

The room, the ambience, the curtains are so terrible. I guess management don't know words cleanliness or hygiene. Please understand that people are coming far away to stay in your hotel and you not even provide the proper floor cleaning? is this the way to treat customers? terrible. So dirty and old room there is some smells comes in room. Soo dirty and old fashion room soo old hotel there are some smell coming out in room and also room are big but all furniture is broken and door not workikg properly

Best in hospitality and service with great staff. All cooperative, kind and humble. The property is huge and vast. A bit of renovation would add more charm to its overall look and feel.
