The water was falling from AC, then I changed the second room, from which the water was leakage in AC I did not like the service of the room at all. I am not satisfied

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! We booked 4 rooms for 9 people and reached the hotel around 2 PM, right at check-in time. Guess what? Only ONE ROOM was ready. The staff casually told us the other guests were still checking out, and we should “wait”. Fine, we dumped all our luggage in the single room and went out to explore Jaipur. When we came back at 10 PM, the nightmare began. STILL, THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY. After arguing, they somehow gave us 3 more rooms — ALL THREE HAD ISSUES: One room smelled like a sewer. AC wasn't working in the second room. Third room's key card was malfunctioning, lights wouldn’t turn on properly. We raised complaints IMMEDIATELY. Finally, we were given the 4th room, and that too had the same disgusting smell issue. offered no real help, and since I was with my family at 11:30 PM, I was left with NO CHOICE but to stay in this garbage hotel. Checked out next morning at 6:30 AM. Stayed just 6.5 hours and paid for this nonsense! Photos look great Zero service, zero maintenance, ZERO professionalism. EVEN IF YOU GET THIS ROOM FOR FREE — DON'T TAKE IT. This hotel is a straight-up JOKE. You’ve been warned.

No towels no soap no shampoo no any response from counter . i have call them from room atleast 5 times.

Rooms are pathetic, smelly. They were trying to charge me for the food which i had not had. Terrible hotel. Full of smoking, bar are n. Not at all recommended

Worst hotel, room and bath room has dirty smell. We are not able to sleep whole night. After several complain they spray with room freshener, it’s also not work. After they have changed the down downgrade room. I have never recommend this hotel to any one!
