Review Of LMB Hotel Jaipur

Hotel Staff is very much supportive and helpful. Amenities are very much old and outdated. Room was not clean at all during the time of check in. Food items are very much costly and over priced at the hotel and sweets store. Restaurant food and its service is pathetic and over priced too much. In this price range you can get a far better hotel with much latest and advanced amenities. Dental kit etc few other amenities were not provided as well. There was a lot of dust and dirt beneath the bed. For hot water you need to call the reception every time as geyser is not installed within the washroom seperately. Runner near the bed was damn dirty. Sofas were not clean and had dirt in them. Overall experience is ok owing to staff behaviour and location, for which hotel has no contribution. It is the staff which is very much cooperative due to which I continued my stay.

Talking about LMB hotel. It is very bad . Bad services no hot cattle in room . Less hygiene. Bad experience

There was no electric flask, no tea sachets etc , no tissue paper , no electric plug 🔌 on other side bed … it was only one side , there was no mat in the bathroom, no face towel ……

I had a wonderful stay at the LMB hotel with my family,hotel is situated in the main market near about mostly heritage sites with walking distance,room was also good nd i was upgraded too the staff was also very pleasant last nd not least breakfast was also delicious,will advise to stay there

located in heart of pink city close Govindji temple, Hawa Mahala city palace and Jantar Mantar. Excellent Restaurant

LMB hotel is very comfortable.......Their employees are very friendly and their behaviour is very nice .....and receptionist mam is very cooperative....I loved it.....

Hotel rooms are not as shown in pictures. Hotel lift is not working. As we requested hotel manager for changing our room but he refused to do so.

Staff is really cooperative and helpful. Best place to stay in jaipur. if you are new to jaipur they also help you with transport facility to go around the city.

Air conditioner was not working . Intercom telephone was not working . Water supply wasn’t functional . I was waiting inside the bathroom with soap on my body for 45 mins . My family Complained several times but they took more than 45 minutes to fix it . This is really pathetic service . When asked for drinking water in room they didn’t listened to us . I have to buy water from outside .

The location and outside view were impressive, but the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations.

The management should consider more about the facilities LMB hotel was brand new during the 80’s still it’s the same they should immediately have and updation everything is very old including the staffs

The lmb hotel was not value for money and it was highly overpriced and the services they provide were not upto mark. The room had old furniture and bed mattress was not comfortable. They even didn't provide kettle for hot water and for bathing in winters hot water tap was not working properly. The food they provide was low standard and highly overpriced and room service was not as per standard. Overall my stay at lmb hotel was not at all pleasant. Thanks.
