Mantanance very bad and service good and room quality nod good with food not good. Overall not good experience

property is sold to some other company, I was denied access midnight and after a lot of discussion given a shady room. no hot water, dirty condition, zero cleanliness and worst part my room didn't have a lock. why the hell MakeMyTrip allows such listing.

Rooms were not good as shown plus they charged so much for early check in - these guys not having kitchen for give food in the noon as well as dinner, they told us to go swiggy zomato i gave them 2250 for check in extra and there was not even single person who’s having the room in this big hotel, accept from breakfast they were not serving any meals if i na paying them too

Please dont waste your money on this stay. The pictures are misleading. The property is not at all maintained. Leaking pipes. Broken sink in the bathroom. Wrinkled old curtains. Broken furniture. Smelly rooms. Very bad stay.

Services are very poor, extra quilts were 3 times demanded by us due heavy cold conditions but not provided even agreed by them. Asked for team which was provided after too many follow ups. No hot water provided during check in time.

Restaurant not open still construction on going and my family not use restaurant cause as per visit all closed said not open even tea also denied and not any other family in this hotel and very rude staff behaviour

The property as such is ok, but as a business traveller you will have to fend for your own breakfast/ laundry or anything you need for a comfortable stay.

Not much people available in hotel. Just full silence. No restaurant service. No tea coffee in room

Filthy room and corridor conditions, zero maintenance, incompetent staff. Our room was not cleaned, the bed was not made, the bathroom toilet had urine on the seat, the floors also were not clean.

No hot or even warm water avaliable in washroom in winter even to bathe no response from property on same subject no kitchen avlb fr breakfast pathetic services

Mm t show us wrung pictures of the property they should keep verifying the actual condition of the property which was un clean dirty and not as shown in pictures

I was denied for check in after booking from mmt, they refused by saying that we didn't receive any booking yet i had to wait for 1 hour approx over there for check inn and hotel staff was not at all cooperative

We had booked through mm t which listed it as a 4 star property but the quality of the rooms and services were lower than 2 star hotels. The bed linens were not clean. The restaurant was not operational. The pool is dirty. There bathrooms were not clean. Very bad experience.

It was a good experience, the hotel was beautiful. Hot water was a problem, it was not available all the time. Dental kit was available on call. The room was big and spacious.

My stay at the hotel was not pleasant, would not recommend anyone to stay in ti at such a high price. Room and hotel lobby were in very bad condition. The room was not even cleaned properly. Service from the staff was extremely slow, i had to call the reception repeatedly to get things done. Overall it would not recommend anyone to book this property for their stay
