Review Of Hotel Sajan Palace

Distance wise it’s good near to gate no 4 location Is in small road no lift small property say so so as a local hotel not a choice of make my trip

I booked a 2 night stay at the hotel. The pictures shown on the app and the actual hotel room pictures were drastically different. It was a very small room with corroded walls and not at all up to standard However, complaining about the hotel owner changed the room the next day. The new room provided was a deluxe room and in a much better condition. the refund was given to me. the hotel is near to the temple that's the best thing about this hotel. The staff was also good and there is no lift in the hotel.

The Staff was very helpful, but the Hotel lacks in every aspect as the room are quite small and the air conditioning is pathetic and not a comfy bed with hard mattress overall the hotel is nearby the temple only advantage.

Although room was little small Service was good and staff was great It is just 5 min walk to Gate 4 make it feasible for Darshan and has good food options available nearby In all.great option in the budget

Washroom was unhygienic poor bedding old furniture. Service very poor.pathetic experience

There were earthworm crawling on the bathroom floor... 😐

Room size and wash room size are very small. Staircase very narrow. No person has came for cleaning the room during my three nights staying. Compared to the price the room and services were not okay.

Small, not a clean room, started to leak the ceiling during rain. It is not at all value for money.

This place is 5 mins walk from Mahakal Temple. People are very friendly helpful and accomodative . I have been in this same place many times. Highly highly recommend this place to all . Jai Mahakal .

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The room was not clean, the amenities were not as described, and overall hygiene was lacking. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was resolved. Not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
