Poor Stay

Hotel staff was good no doubt. But. Room was so disturbing while night lot of noise was coming. Second- Washroom was so so so small that we were unable to use WC. It was shocking… Dirty drains in washrooms, Dirty washbasins.. Bucket and mug was also so in poor conduction. Hotel should improve in this all points to increase there business.

Very nice staff, good behaviour.
I found the staff here to be the best. If I talk about cleanliness, that is also fine. There is parking facility. There was also a Wi-Fi and a solution on call. Very close to Mahakaal. There is a dhaba there named Utsav Dhaba. Very good food and service.

बहुत अच्छा होटल है कम पैसा में अच्छा है होटल स्टाफ भी सही है साफ सुथार था उज्जैन स्टेशन से बहुत ज्यादा दूर नहीं है पास में ही है

Excellent Stay
Stay is very good. Hotel staff are very polite and arranged the e-auto for city tour at affordable cost

Avoid this property! Not worth it.
Worst experience ever. Rooms were small & damp. Booked 2 AC rooms but got only one AC room. On informing they totally ignored. So DON’T trust on the room description. After telling room service to clean the room was denied. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Total waste.

Terrible Stay
Worst experience ever. Beware before booking as scam is conducted. Booked and payed for 2 ac rooms but only one room was having ac was given. No refund was done by hotel for not providing 2 ac rooms and while asking didn’t even bother to reply. Rooms are very small with no window and one table. Locality is also very congested and dirty. No place for car to reach till hotel.
