Thx Yaseen Sir for staying with us and giving ur valuable feedback. Tea Coffee Kettle set is always avaliable to use in all of our rooms. Sir you asked for some particular type of tea late night. We were not able to provide that due to late hours and non availability of that particular tea in vicinity also. Still we tried to find out for you. Snacks are not committed by us in room fare and as you checked in late may be it got difficult to find any snacks or food joint nearby which is quite normal in late hours. Sorry to hear about toilet issue you faced. Washroom cleaning service is avaliable. If you would have requested we would have definitely provided. We have taken adequate measures after that to double check washrooms cleaning. So no other guest face this issue again. We hope to serve you again soon...
