Sabse bekar hotel hai yaha book karne ke bad bhi offline Paisa lete hai aur na Pani Naa he bedsheets saaf the aur yaha ke Malik bahut bekar bat karte hai

my experience is very bad .. my parents experience is also very bad i m charged full payment of deluxe room but no water bottle or soap no towel available in room.

Hotel is conveniently located. It will is close to mahakal and ujjain station too. Towel is provided on demand only and there is nothing in the name of toiletries.

It was very dirty, room surrounding everything.

Balanced as its very near to station also well connected to other areas as conveyances were available 24 hrs

Despite having special request for 6:00 am check in the hotel was locked. I took another room just from 6:0 to 10:00. Not picking phone. Hotel locked. Stood outside for half hour. Terrible service not answering phone

Water bottle not available. Television is not working. And hand washer is not available. Other wise all services are well and good.

Tv not working, bed room needs more cleaning

Room service was not good and allotted room was not the same as i booked as a deluxe room ( which was shown in pics. It was an ordinary ac room. Linen was looked like unwashed

The best part is cleanliness of the room as well the washroom. Service is quick and the place is indeed good.

The room had no windows, no dustbin was made available till the 2nd day, tv never worked, ac remote cells had to be replaced. The bathroom had leakages from different taps & other room's ac pipe comes in to our own washroom which causes washroom to stay wet

Hotel is near dewas gate, railway station or mahakaleshwar mandir.

The staffe was fantastic and service was exlanet
