Review Of New Vijay Palace Hotel

It's difficult to find out the property because it is lying in the middle of the other two buildings with a narrow passage. The room's cleanliness is average and it is very congested. No other furniture except the double bed, not even a waste bin. They assured hot water but did not get. The toilet is horrible with a very bad smell and I noticed the issue. The worst part of the property is that toilet. Even though the staff are very polite and cooperative minds.

Room Size is small and hotel is small. Room don’t have ventilation. Location is not good

The stay was quite hygienic and the staff was help full. The mentioned amenities were also there.

while reaching the hotel he clearly denied that he doesn't have any room , even we have paid full amount in advance but the hotel didn't provided room to us.

No proper cleaning, washroom was very small, mobile network issue

The washroom was not clean. many spots and dust available in toilet. Hairs of some person are available in the toilet room. bedsheet was dirty. blanket cover was also dirty. walls and ceiling have spider nets. mosquitoes are also available in room. No network connectivity. u will even not able to send any WhatsApp massage or receive the same due to network issue. Tv is available but services are not available.

Hotel staff and their hospitality is upto mark and it was a comfort stay...highly recommend to everyone very close to Mahakal mandir

This location is very good for stay and good staff and awesome facilities
