Rooms were average. Bathroom had water outlet issue which was solved with great difficulty. Staff had little knowledge to solve the problems.

Terrible Stay

Our stay at Hotel Dev Shree Palace, Ujjain was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty with unchanged bedsheets, wall seepage, mosquitoes, and a filthy bathroom. Lights didn’t work, and staff refused to clean or change rooms unless we paid extra. We left the property within an hour and shifted to another hotel. Definitely not suitable for family stays — would not recommend.

First of all we had to wait for check in though we have reached to hotel around afternoon, after that rooms including bathroom are not properly cleaned. Also property don't have any power back up options. As per the tariff rooms are too much over charged.

Our stay at the hotel, located just a short distance from the railway station, was excellent and very satisfying. It was a very bad hotel, the room was also very dirty, I stayed for two days but the room was not cleaned on any of the days, the room was not cleaned even after being asked, very bad experience, I never suggest anyone to book the room in this hotel

The room was not clean, and scrap was scattered around outside the walkway because the dustbin was overloaded and not cleaned. Additionally, no water glass was provided in the room. Even after informing the staff, they have still not provided it.

I have wasted my money by booking in this hotel. Very poor management . Dirty rooms washroom towel which they provided . Even they denied for cancellation of booking and refund . I have booked with breakfast included but no breakfast provided. Staff are also rude . AC not working properly

One of the worst place to stay...dirty, smell all over place, unclean rooms and washroom. The staff at the reception was non cooperative even after multiple requests to clean the room. They were a bunch of uneducated local boys without the sense of how to speak and understand the requirement. Hair all over the floor. No water, No chair etc as it was shown in the booking. We vacated the property within 3 hours of stay. Not recommended to any one...even for couple of hours otherwise you will regret later.
