The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpfull. There are many food option at night.

We had a comfortable stay with basic 2 star room was clean and neat ,hot water availability in barhroom

The hotel is good. The location is also good. As it's for a devotional tour so went with no expectations. Then you feel good. Just to mention no in house restaurant but nearby lots of good options.

I had been there for temple visits and there was no one to receive us at the hotel.we were informed that our room is prepared and kept open. we were not comfortable with such kind of visit.. there were insects and ants and all our prasad had ants when we returned from another temple. there is no restaurant and just one attendant who is useless.there were noises all through the night as the rooms were not sound proof

It was a wonderful stay in the hotel! Such a good host the owner itself and such a good place to be in!

Rooms are good but location is bit far from mahakal temple. If you are ok with travel the room is good in price range

Newly built property. Cleanliness was very good. Mr. Robin , the caretaker, was very cooperative and helping. Peaceful place near cosmos mall and Iskcon temple. Lift facility is available.

The hotel Aasra inn at Ujjain is the worst hotel i ever visited...i visted there with my parents they are old aged...this hotel is on 3 rd floor of building with lift..imagin how my parents manage to get the 3 rd floor. When i asked about this to manager he told "we don't have lift" is mention , when i told him it is not mention and show me if is mention then he kept mum. Next thing is with room there is no ventilation in room without AC you can't stay in that room. Same thing with bathroom there is also no ventilation not even a exhaust fan, the bad smell of bathroom passout in hotel room. When i told about this to manager he give me a poor quality liquid room freshener to spare in my hand without hestating. After that i asked him shall i get tea in morning in my room! 1st he said," no, you have to go downstairs for tea." I told him you mention room service in your booking then he told ok i will manage but in morning he told i called tea man for bring tea but he is not receiving call. The total experience of hotel stay in very very bad. If there provision for minus rating i will give this hotel (-10) rating. Please don't book your stay in this hotel west of money and west of your good mind set.

Well maintenance room also staff was very humble and polite.

Rooms are spacious & clean location is also good for food but alittle bit far from temple but it's not a matter when rooms are clean & hygiene & manager is also cooperative & helpful overall hotel is good
