The hotel rooms are not comfortable and wall are not properly paint and no special amenities. No window in room and there is no option to take take another room

businessI recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Sai Residency in Mumbai, and my experience was utterly disappointing. For a price, I expected basic amenities and cleanliness, but the hotel fell short in every aspect. *Issues:* - Rooms were extremely small, contrary to the stretched photos on the website. - Rooms had a persistent stench. - Towels were torn and worn out. - Cheap soap was provided. - Basic amenities like water glasses were missing from the room. *Value for Money:* Paying for this stay was a rip-off. Very bad experience
One of the very very worst hotel. Insects and cockroaches were roaming every where even on bed as well. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor Stay
Nothing was as per mentioned criteria. Too small rooms. Wash business & wash room minuscule in size. Flush in the toilet not working properly. No proper room service. Food brought from outside of which quality was awful. Bedsheets not up to mark.

Terrible and not recommended to anyone
My experience was unsatisfactory. The hotel looked ok ok but the rooms are very horrible. They are not worth the prices paid for it. Room was very small, stinky, ac wasn't working properly. Highly not recommended for anyone, avoid staying here, it is completely different from the pics mentioned. Hygiene is zero.

Near to station but service was okay
The rooms were excessively small and not sound proof at all. No toiletries were provided. Rooms were not cleans we found cigarettes buds and ashes in the drawer. Glass and plates given were very dirty. Service was okok. The staffs were quite rude
