Disappointed experience
Travelled as family of 8+2 kids for 2 nights. We have booked 4 rooms same size and made full payment in advance. We had planned late check-in. The hotel allocated our room to some other guest. We got 3 rooms of different size and offered us to move one day at location outside city and day 2 return back or share 3 rooms among ourself. The staff lack Bare minimum professionalism. Facility does of have lift, no parking facility and charges extra if staff carries luggage to room. Nearest parking was paid parking which charges Rs 50 every 4 hrs. I will not recommend this if looking or peaceful trip with Family. Manager wa straying to offer perks like VIP Darshan with Pandit which their Pandit declined and rejected Straight away.

However, we had already processed a refund for one room for one night at the time of your checkout as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Please note, our property is located near the Lord Shree Jagannath Temple and currently does not have lift facilities or dedicated parking. However, a paid parking area is available nearby, and guests are informed about this at the time of check-in. We do not charge extra for luggage assistance, and we will ensure better communication from our team moving forward. Your feedback regarding staff professionalism has been duly noted, and we are taking necessary steps to improve guest experience and service standards. Once again, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We value your patronage and hope you will consider staying with us again, allowing us the opportunity to serve you better.
Average stay near the temple
Rooms are average, upper floors rooms are better, four bedded rooms are below average, but they promptly changed our rooms to 2 double bedded rooms, Water was dripping from the AC due to rain water seeping through the ac opening. Room service is good and helpful, location is good near the temple but in a silent place.

Amazing Stay with Great Service and Location
I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible. The amenities like room service, and cleanliness were good. Highly recommend it for both solo and family travelers.

Excellent Stay
Hotel was very close to jagannath temple , rooms very neat and clean , hotel owner and staffs were very much cooperative , room service was very fast
