Location so sweet just near Jagannath Mandir, I love food very much but only for vegetarian, specially I love AB Special Dosa, amenities are common, good staff.

Its not a hotel but a guest house with single row of rooms opening to the balcony. There isn't any reception area, you need to wait infront of their kitchen. Room size - Small and Congested. The wall paper is coming off the walls and the room and even the bathroom is small and very congested. Room Service - Poor. There is no way you can contact the reception for anything. You need to call their mobile which isn't guaranteed to be answered. Cleanliness and Service - Average. They didn't provide us a room till 11:30 even if the check-in time was 9 and we arrived just before 11. Food - No buffet breakfast but Good. The restaurant is on the 1st floor which serves good food w/o onion garlic. Value for money - Not at all. We were charged around 3k for a night which isn't worth it at all. Maybe because of the month of Kartika it was overpriced. Overall 1.5/5

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for let us know that we are a "Hotel". We are very very Sorry, that you waited a long time in front of our kitchen. We are very very sorry that the room size mentioned 130sqft is mentioned on website for which you faced trouble. Very sorry that our Hotel is tiny in size and the Guest booked just before you had 2 kids along with them, who tore the wallpaper and damaged. To avoid delay your check in we couldn't get time to fix it. The family went Temple and delayed check out, for which we faced huge trouble, extremely sorry for that. We are very very sorry that we have a land line connection having number 06752-459250 since opening of the Hotel which is 24/7 operational with staff deployed. We are very very sorry that we couldn't answer your call on mobile after 1am to morning 7.00am. Sorry sir, the mobile user sleeps 6 hours. We are sorry sir our Cleanliness and Service is very poor. We have 24/7 house keeping for this and they didn't attend you. Finally i would like to say we charge 1500 Including GST and Breakfast on normal days and 2000 during festive season, who book directly. We can feel your point of view. Regards, HAB.

1.Food Was great 2. Location great 3. Facilitis very poor. Room sizes extremely small. Out of 2 rooms booked one room had a space for for only 1 bed and no more space. One of the staff a fine of Rs 500 if any stain on bed sheet found and said its told by manager.They were charging for 1 bottle of water given at nightand later waived when complained. Improve these things. Otherwise stay was good.

Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable feedback. Thank for the point 1 and 2. About point 3 sorry to say that, we are not agree with you. Before booking you must have visited the Site and room details . The room size and Amenities clearly mentioned over there. You have booked with CP Plan which means only Breakfast is free, not the mineral water throughout the day and night. We have facility of RO water which is served as per your requirement. Finally our staff requested to have food on the table kept inside the room, not on the bed. The food stain is very deep and quite impossible to clean it if accidentally falls on the bed sheet. As the linen were white you were requested to to avoid the bed, having food on it. The staff is forced to inform you about the Hotel Policy on Breakages and Damage of Hotel Property.
