distance from the us consulate was Ideal, but the location itself was a bit let down, found it quite hard to get uber/ola. the stay itself was comfortable. the room was nice too. overall I had a good experience

The location is the worst part in the overall experience of 3 nights. The rooms have no windows and hence a stench in the room. No toiletries were provided except for a soap of very bad quality on day 1. The staff were okay and well behaved.

Very Very Poor and pathetic hotel
The hotel was not as depicted in makemytrip.com. The rooms were stinking, not properly maintained. Not value for money. no food. no water facility. no toiletry kits provided. bathrooms were terrible. had a very very bad and pathetic experience.

Ok for one night stay without family.
It was ok for one night stay, without family. TV was not working. No windows to room. Food below average. Close to US consulate.

Poor Stay
I called the hotel in the morning of the day of checkin and told them my arrival time at 2000 hrs as i was travelling from Dehradun to Mumbai. Even then i was asked to wait at the reception for about 45 minutes as the room was not ready upon my arrival. The guests who cam after me and spot booked the room were alloted room keys. Also it took them a lot of time to take my dinner order. Unhappy with overall experience.

worst hotel not at all safe for girls.. please don't go to this hotel. they don't have breakfast facility not they have dinner available. property is not safe at all.. they have a dog in their hotel due to which the reception area stinks badly.. i recommend don't go to this property

No breakfast was provided, even though it was included while booking the rooms. The guests checked in almost 12 hours late, however, a request to check out late was denied. The rooms aren't what is shown on App. Not a good experience.

wrong location
I booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as being close to the US visa center. However, the actual location turned out to be inaccurate and very difficult to find. It took significantly longer to reach the correct location, which was extremely stressful given the importance of my appointment. The surrounding area was also not as expected — overall, the location was quite poor. This experience was disappointing and not what I was led to believe when booking.

I have received the good service from staff. The room was average. they need to give a clean towel customer. Staff has mentioned it's clean but it's looks so black otherwise they have very good corpoative staff. Thanks to the hotel staff.
