Location is convenient. View is excellent. Rooms are spacious but there is scope for improvement is the quality of cleanliness. Restaurant food is good. Breakfast is basic and no line counters. Food options for breakfast are very limited (3-4 items).

Stay is good but pathetic restaurant services. Food is not tasty and I have not seen such kind of services in any resort

Excellent view, but price is bit high . Parking is an issue specially in rainy season. Food is just okay, nothing great. Complimentary breakfast is extremely poor. The kind of price they charged for the room 10500 is not worth with such a pathetic breakfast options

our stay at Hotel Rainforest was an amazing experience and memorable. The hotel rooms are having one of best views of nature. Special thanks to Mr. Vishal Kamble and Jagdish Palekar for providing support and guidance for local sight seeing and giving personal attention. Food quality in restaurant is very good and also have best greenery views. We recommend the hotel for staying with your family.

Looks to be old property. not maintained well. Tarrif is on higher side compared to cleanliness and room sizes. only good part is view from balcony.

Valley view is awesome. Rooms are clean. But as usual all mahabaleshwar and panchgani resorts needs renovation. It does not have modern equipment’s. Price we are paying does not justify old buildings and old equipments. Restaurant people needs training. They are not that professional considering amount paid.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and served with warm hospitality. There was a good variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Good rooms and amazing view of the mountains! It's a bit on the expensive side though. It has a bar and a restaurant as well.

Overall experience with this hotel was pathetic. First day they gave us the towels with lot of stains and when I complained they exchanged it with torned one. The towels look very unhigenic. The room size was but it was not been maintained well. The food is very expensive with average taste. Very limited breakfast. The worste part was, on departer day I was started getting call in morning 10 to checkout the room though the offical timing is 11 am. I spent almost 6.5K for single day but it will not worth more than 3K. Only best part of this hotel is location . Will not recommend it if you are paying more than 3K for your stay

The stay is at a good spot in Mahabaleshwar with a valley view! The property and rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide good services

Good hotel. Very nice view from hotel room. Food can be improved. Family friendly place. But very suitable for disabled people as there are many stairs. Overall a nice place to live over weekend.
