Room was nice and clean as always. Reception is active 24hrs. Just besides the Bhubaneswar main railway station. Great location. 2 water bottles, tea bags, coffee sachets, whitener provided. Bathroom was clean. One of the best in the price range, in fact I would say the best for the price in a prime commute location.

This is the worst experience I ever had.the staff is rude,the rooms are stinky,the lobby is dirty,the lift is really small,the electricity is tripping,the fan and Ac is not working properly,The drain of the washroom Is clogged,no amenities at all,the management is irresponsible,the hotel does not have a proper space for working,the location of the hotel is bad.You guys should remove these kind of hotels from your website

My recent stay at Hotel Rail View in Bhubaneswar was a mixed bag, but ultimately offered good value for the price. The room itself was a highlight; it was clean, well-lit, and the ambiance was very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and clean sheets, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also spotless. A big plus was the thoughtful provision of a kettle, along with a generous supply of tea, coffee, and sugar packets, which added a nice touch of convenience. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The geyser in my room wasn't working, which was a significant inconvenience. I also noticed that tissues were not provided. More importantly, I found the staff's demeanor to be a bit rude and felt a bit judged, which made me feel less welcome. While the service was otherwise efficient, this aspect was disappointing. Despite these issues, the hotel's great location and reasonable price make it a decent option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay. If they can improve on their staff's hospitality and address the maintenance issues, it would be an excellent choice.

It was horrible experience. They are unprofessional and don’t even know how to talk. I have booked 3 bed but they are not allowed my daughter and asking more money where as I called them before book the hotel.

Another big plus is its location – the hotel is just a few steps away from the railway station, making it very convenient for travelers. On the downside, the cleanliness and maintenance need attention. The blankets were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The bathroom flush was also not working properly, causing some inconvenience. Overall, the stay was decent thanks to the helpful staff, spacious rooms, and excellent location. However, better upkeep and cleanliness would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Location is near railway station which I felt convenient for me. Good was good and service was good too.... Staffs were very good and were very helpful in giving information which we wanted...
