I just booked this hotel just because it's infront of a hospital where one family member was admitted. The hotel is very poor in terms of hygiene. Facilities in the rooms are malfunctioned. Although they have temporarily addressed, you have to repeatedly followup. Scantily staffed and very gloomy place. Inside the room it's kind of okay. During booking you have to mandatorily pay for dinner, lunch and breakfast. But, it's very pathetic to know that you will be served with only one option as the hotel owner wants. Again, that serving is kind of unhygienic and being served by a watchman. Otherwise rest of things are okay, no interference with the stay. Not to be rated more than 3

Nice behaviour of staffs towards customers. Room quality was good, 24 hour water available. Hygienic room and bedsheets. Drinking water is available at door.

Overall good stay.
But it could be more better by renovation. Location very good. . Staff is cooperative and nice.

Terrible Stay
Not even worth for 1000- rent. Poor toilet arrangements n bad pillows, disturbing corridor lights, delayed room service. I would never suggest to anyone. Disappointing stay n not at all worth its rent

Ambience was not good. Room was not clean. Cockroaches were found. Felt that water kept for drinking was filled water in plastic bottles. Hot water for Bath was made available after request. Blanket and bed sheets were not changed

Value for money
Experience was very good. No hassle as such I faced with this hotel. Hotel staff and the services all were fine. Overall it was a good stay. The staff was supportive and helpful. Altogether it was a nice experience
