Review Of Hotel Rahat

At the time of hotel check in, firstly hotel manager was totally denied about my room booking, after the showing my payment and hotel confirmation documents. But i am continuously told him in very polite way, he was said ok i will give you the room, and told me shown you and your wife me ids, once the see him our id he had again told me, i am unable to give you the room due to you and your wife’s names title have not matched in your ids, i am shocked there and told him that, sir i had travel-led lots of different different city’s with same ids from the day 1 after the marriage and many other examples. Finally, he was allotted me the room and then i check in room.

A guest said the property was conveniently located, and that the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. They also said the staff was polite and helpful, and that the breakfast buffet was good. However, some guests had issues with the hot water supply and card reader of the door.

Yes i had a nice trip and thank to make my trip. And further i will plan a trip with you in future.

*1/5 - disappointing stay* i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel rahat and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The [room/service/staff] was sub-par and failed to meet my expectations. Specifically, staff is also very rude, not given room on time, requested for freshup in early morning, but those guys not even listened to me, very bad experience in my travelling so far. Despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, the problems persisted, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to explore alternative options. The hotel needs to work on staff behavior & hospitality to customers,

The location of the hotel is good but in the room the ac not working properly, tv recharge not done, the passage of the hotels are very narrow, they do not provide any water bottle

0. Thougg the hotel is near to mumai central it lacks basic aminities. The staff was cooperatve innature & the manager was also rude in nature. The rooms are very small & do not have cross ventilation besides being unclean & full of insects including spiders. Will noy advice a long stay

Good ambience and hospitality. Location is convenient to reach important places around the city. Staff are well behaved

The rooms and the washrooms are too small with walls dull and needs to be repainted.

Room were tiny but clean, beds and bed sheets could have been cleaner, no hot water for drinking and also for bath

The hotel is very descent.It is near to CSMT.The service is excellent. The A. C. and TV are working very well. The staff is punctual. Overall a nice experience. I will book it next time also for Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025.🙏🙏👍👍 .

Management or hospitality is very worst and behaviour is rood even not ready to provide rooms on time. And no water to drink beds are not clean small beds they give as double bed. Worst experience i suggest not to go.

Rooms and washroom are perfect, but room size is 10*10 only

I couldn't sleep whole night. I spent my night without sleep. So please refund my amount as as possible
