Hygiene is issue. They don't have any food arrangements so they should not show breakfast and all at site. They manage 3rd class food from outside. Not worth hotel

Stay was okay. Hotel does not have any restaurant. They provided tea kettle in the room but not provided tea bags etc for making tea/coffee. Over all stay was ok but not great.

Terrible Stay
Horrible service no breakfast staff was very rude. The room was not as shown in the photo. An untidy washroom n bed.

Terrible Stay
We booked for two rooms but after reaching hotel they denied. Saying that only one room is available. And asked to shift to another very shady hotel nearby.

coupleLocation is ok. Food quality is not ok needs improvement. Bathroom accessories are in worst condition and not sufficient. Room service is ok overall cleanliness is required. We will not suggest any one to stay at this. Place.

Good Stay
Location off property is good on the pune bengaluru highway, property is clean, rooms are specious, breakfast available but can be improve, staff and service is good.

Terrible Stay
I had booked a room for 2 person reception demanded that we both need to checkin at the same time, or provide id for both person at checkin time. My office colleague was going to reach around 10pm i was there at 6pm. I told them that i can't ask them for aadhar card on whatsapp. They were so rude and said you can't checkin without both id. I've stayed at many hotels where they allowed me to checkin first and when colleague came theyd ask me to come down and then do 2nd person checkin. These guys didn't even allow it. When i told them that i won't checkin then they said you can go it's your decision. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel. Worst customer service i ever received

Price is too high compared to mention hotel’s own price. And it’s approx 1500 rupees different. I will never book hotel again

They served dinner in broken plate, breakfast and dinner not good, ola map not easily accessible. Location was not good Kindly don’t recommend this hotel again Thank you. I got the dinner with sugar instead of salty and spicy
