I have booked a room with a queen bed and a Balcony but was given a room with two single cot and no balcony. Basic items like towels were not provided. Breakfast was very bad and not sufficient where I had to take it from outside both the days of my stay. The only good thing is the staff are friendly.

No proper hygiene of bed sheets, pillows and plates
