The property appears to be quite old and requires better maintenance. Cleanliness standards were not satisfactory, and I noticed the presence of large cockroaches on the bed, which was concerning. The geyser capacity was very small, approximately 1–2 liters, making it inconvenient for use. However, the staff members were cooperative and courteous throughout the stay, which is appreciated.

The staff are cooperative. There is material dumped in corridor. The room is good. room service good.

The property is not a fancy one but okay for those who need a place to rest for a night or two and do not need to spend time in the room for long. However the hotel needs to work on its cleanliness. The pillow cases of my room were not washed well at all. Thankfully the geazer was working to give hot water.

The picture and the hotel was not what it looked like, was not happy with the hotel service wifi only in reception not suitable for working need at last moment, no cleanness no curiosity pathetic for a family travel if you do not opt for a car scooty not feasible for a family of 3 no rick no taxis or any bus stops till mapusa market had to walk almost 3km with senior citizen coz the taxi service cost were high rocket the only one thing i could appreciate about this place is its food restaurant goan delight they have amazing tasty food at reasonable cost rest i was not happy with the services and the amount paid for 2 nights. I checked out due to unreasonable expectations

Rooms are not maintained well. Not meant for avarage tourist. Facility is good for group visitors on economical fair.

This hotel is not meant for business and fanily traveller. Very far & isolated place in mapusa. No travel-ling facility.

Very bad hygiene, bedsheets not cleaned only 1 quilt given for 2 person. No food served after 2230. Rooms have mosquito too. Only 1 spare 3 pin plug power available for mobile charging. Not worth money
