Prime location in chennai and near to marina. Swimming pool, gym are really good and really enjoyed the stay. Room service were good

Every thing is excellent food is very good. Stay amenities was very nice service was also excellent. If i visit again to chennai than i will prefer to stay here only.

Rooms are of descent size. Bathroom walls are not cleaned properly. Floor is cleaned regularly. Location wise very good due to near by beach.

Age old hotel with multiple gaps in infrastructure. Best part being buffet breakfast. My room main door didn't have knob to lock, hand spray water leak, dustbin without cover, room floor full of dust.

Short stay for wedding. The hotel housekeeping needs complete training - poor electrical fittings, wooden floors are old, no lights near wardrobe - so u are virtually in dark searching for your attire,

Food quality is good location is too good nearest to marina beach and full of fun for children pool is also good.

Good hotel, best location, well known brand, bar was not available, scope of improvement in room. Dining, also food must make spicy, rest all good

This is a perfect location, a decent stay. Fresh and cool rooms. I had my 1 year old baby. Staffs made her feel comfortable

I stayed in a suit. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Tv remote issue was there in every room.

No ac control, after bath washroom become swimming pool (no proper drainage) room full of dust, small lodge better than this hotel, overall waste of money and spilled my health

It was a nice stay the room was spacious but the sheets had stains. The small sitting couch also had a couple of stains.

Good stay. Room was clean and hygiene maintained. Comfortable stay I recommend to stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were quick to respond because we had a couple of issues with the tv and door mats. Everything resolved promptly. They were accomodative enough to extend our check out time considering certain important factors. Overall a good experience.

Dirty towels in the room. Took more than an hour to get bathroom hand spray repaired. Had to get the house keeping staff to come to reception and ask why the delay. Finally then they moved to repair the bathroom. Asked for a sewing kit they don’t have any in the hotel. Small breakfast café area so when hotel is booked during breakfast hours it had no place to sit. Had breakfast standing and left asap. They have good staff but not right policies or operating procedures.
