"i had a decent stay at poonam plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit small. Overall, it was an average stay and i would recommend it for a short trip or business travel. Nothing exceptional

I booked this hotel based on attractive photos, hoping for a pleasant anniversary stay. But it turned out to be the worst experience ever. Here's why: Misleading Photos: The hotel looks nothing like the images. It’s old, filthy, and poorly maintained. Dirty & Smelly Rooms: The room was unhygienic with a foul odor, making it unbearable to stay. Unhygienic Bathroom: Plastic taps, dirty tiles, bad smell, and only one towel provided for the entire stay. Broken Windows: No handles to close the windows, which opened to a naala (drain) at the back. Mosquito Infestation: Room filled with mosquitoes at night. The hotel provided a Good Knight, but it was useless—I had to buy HIT myself. No Basic Amenities: No wiper, no toothpaste kit, no slippers, and no extra towels. Geyser Issues: On the third day, the geyser didn’t work. The staff asked me to bathe in another room and later provided two buckets of hot water. Poor Location: The hotel is in a crowded market area, far from the Taj Mahal and key attractions. Positives: Breakfast and mineral water were provided, and safety wasn’t an issue. Final Verdict: My trip was ruined due to this hotel. Do NOT book this hotel if you don’t want to ruin yours. should verify the photos and hotel conditions.

Room was very smelly and there were termites everywhere room was not worth the money.

Value of money is 0 beds are wet blankets were not clean heater condition was poor. We have booked for two days but we only stay for one day and left the hotel

Actually we booked room for three persons but they dont have rooms which accomodate three persons.... initially they provided only two pillows because the bed can be used only for two persons but after asking them they provide separate sleeping arrangement on the floor...so third person had to sleep on matress on the floor. The floor of the room was damp due to moisture so it's something difficult to stay in such type of rooms. But food quality is very good. The location of the hotel is far away from visiting places of Agra so it's better to take rooms which are near to visiting places.

Rooms are quite good but not maintained, geyser is not working, dental kit provided but quality of brush is not good breakfast and dinner is delicious overall hotel is good located at near by dayal bagh temple
