very nice stay, good location, nice food amenities n staff services, Also near to local Bazar n Govt bust Depot n Taxi stand.

Staff behaviour is very bad. hot water is not available for bath.

overall good experience, staff is helpful and welcoming only one drawback ground floor rooms don't have windows for ventilation

Not good to stay no view they keep calling u by 9 am to check out ppl are on vacation atleast checkout should be 11 am plus at night they dont hav generator its dark no fan no ac think twice to book

It was a poor experience for me , the room was very small and the bathroom was not up to the mark. Food was not that great, room service was poor, the location of the hotel was good because of which we considered this one for our stay. Not recommended.

location of hotel is very much convinient as was innear vicinicy of taxi, bus stsnd and market as well. service on call was a good one. hotel poonam is bestest hotel in market walking distance from S.T. stand... FOOD WAS TOO GOOOOOD.... affordable hotel and food.... go for it 👍

Hotel ponam was good But they denied online bookings.. and they will not provide good service for online booking rooms

Family room size was small. A single sofa & double bed for 3+1 to accommodate. Hot water provided only between 7 to 12 in the morning. no provision for hotel water in the evening for bath. 3 cocoaroches found in the room. AC was turned off while the kids were in the room. Very congested room, no value for money. No proper parking space too. Parking on roadside at owners risk

Very bad experience. These people don't know about customer service. Since morning 8 O' clock they barge on your door and ask for check out 4 to 5 times restlessly. But when it comes to service no body is there to help you with hot water even. I need to contact MMT and then after 2 hours basic service like hot water was available in the bathroom, that too one bucket for two people.

Room and room service is good. But no fridge and poor WIFI provided. Food at Poonam restaurant is good. Hotel situated at prime location at starting point of Market place. Good but a bit expensive room terrif.

Location was ok due to proximity to the market... But the surrounding is quite conjested...no proper parking place available. Staff is courteous and helpful..we had taken executive room for a family of 4..the room was spacious and they didnt charge for an extra mattress we had requested. We had food outside so cant say about the food quality...Decent option among the budget hotels...

Very compact Rooms, zero vatilation.. as per uploaded pictures Rooms not matched.. I told counter person change to bigger family size room with good ventilation, but he denied said all are rooms are same.. don't know the truth?? Bathroom need to be more clean. Rest all staff behavior/service was very good.
