coupleThe male receptionist was really helpful. He was really cordial from the starting. We had a stay for 1 day. But the room was not really clean, it had some issue. Same with bathroom. But the geyser and other appliances were in working condition. As i kind of avoid closed spaces, so i did not like the room, it was fully closed. No ventilation or window with the open air.

Awesome stay with a great hospitality
The Hotel was very hospitalized and the staff was very courteous specially Miss Shivani Negi who was always ready to help you. Service was very awesome. Definitely recommend to other. Thank you all.

Improvements required
soloHotel centrally located directly opposite UTS bus stand. Building is new and rooms are spacious. Bathroom facilities and room services to be improved. Good reception staff. Public car parking. No restaurant of their own. Totally speaking it is good hotel for an average traveller.

Poor Stay
Not good cleanliness poor, payment charged not as per the cost. Food was of good quality.

Average Stay
Since we checked in as a couple, we immediately faced bias. The geyser in our hotel room did not work and yet we were assigned that room. The staff was well-behaved, all except the front desk manager, who was somewhat rude and dismissive. We stayed just the night, so not much else to say.

It was just okay
The receptionist at hotel not good. First he denied giving the room. That is so disrespectful. Hotel is at good location but need to improve cleaning of bed sheets. Just stay one night and it was OK stay
