a most unfortunate sojourn at palmshore hotel it is with a heavy heart and a rather tumultuous stomach that i pen this review of my recent stay at the palmshore hotel. while the establishment boasts impeccably clean premises and rooms, this superficial cleanliness was but a thin veneer over a profoundly disappointing experience. upon entering our room, the initial impression was one of relief—cleanliness prevailed. however, this fleeting sense of comfort was quickly shattered by the offensive aroma emanating from the bed sheets. it was as though they had been subjected to some mysterious process that stripped them of freshness and imbued them with an inexplicable odor. despite our extended stay, the housekeeping staff apparently subscribed to a peculiar philosophy that eschews the necessity of daily room cleaning. consequently, we were left to contend with the same malodorous sheets and unkempt quarters throughout our visit. the culinary offerings at palmshore hotel, alas, were no reprieve from our woes. the gastronomic adventure began with dishes that were, to put it mildly, an affront to the palate. the kitchen's audacious decision to use the same oil for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations resulted in an unfortunate cross-contamination of flavors. while i personally could endure this gastronomic confusion, my family members were decidedly less tolerant. their dissatisfaction was palpable as they grappled with vegetarian dishes tainted by the unmistakable essence of non-vegetarian fare. the nadir of our culinary experience, however, was the curd rice debacle—a saga that deserves its own tragic ballad. after suffering the consequences of the hotel's dubious cuisine, we sought solace in the simplicity of curd rice. foolishly, we placed our trust in the staff's confident assurances that they could provide this humble dish. what arrived at our table, however, was an abomination masquerading as curd rice. spoiled, vile, and utterly inedible, it was a travesty that compounded our gastrointestinal distress and shattered any remaining trust we had in the hotel's culinary capabilities. in hindsight, it would have been wiser to procure curd and rice independently and concoct the dish ourselves within the confines of our room. but, in a moment of misguided faith, we entrusted the hotel with this simple task—a mistake that we would rue. the spoiled curd rice served not only ruined our meal but also inflicted further torment upon our already beleaguered stomachs. to serve such a dish is not merely negligent; it borders on the inhumane. i am not typically inclined to pen negative reviews. however, the sheer magnitude of disappointment experienced at palmshore hotel compels me to warn potential patrons. this establishment, despite its outwardly pristine appearance, suffers from a profound deficit in basic hospitality and culinary standards. one can only hope that this critique serves as a catalyst for much-needed improvement.

Neat and well maintained hotel rooms. Food was tasty and reasonable price. Spacious rooms.

The location was easy. It is located in the main place near the town. The rooms are good and the food was also up to the mark. The room had hair dryer but unfortunately we were not provided with tooth kit.

I have booked ac room but the hotel has argued and made me to pay extra money for ac and the condition of ac was also bad

Property located on the main road, with easy access to all amenities. Hygienically maintained. Good nature d staffs.

All good except for the quality of suite room.

1. Very well-mannered and humble staff. 2. Food was very delicious especially Vegatable Chettinad (as i like spicy food). 3. Room was neat & clean and comfortable. 4. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I'll give them 10/10 Thanks to hotel Palmshore I enjoyed my trip to kerala🌴 😊😉😉

Very poor. Room was not at all clean. Bathroom tap. Shower not working. When i entered the hotel in the reception no one was there to handle the customer. I got a very bad experience. Very. Very. Bad experience. Here after i never choose this hotel.

Food quality is very poor in breakfast and dinner

After booking when i reached hotel, they said all the rooms were occupied. Since there is some issues with internet they were not able to block the rooms . Hotel was not fully opened after the covid issues. After waiting for around 45 minutes they managed to give 1 room and its air-conditioning was not working at all. Really pathetic experience.

Comfortable and clean rooms for the price offered. Breakfast was average. Location is good.

The staff were courteous, the food served was good, the ambience was superb, serene surrounding States. The location is ideal. Though situated in the centre of the Town, there was complete tranquility.

We booked online and scared about how it will be as we are visiting for the first time. The only thing is that it's 20 km away from City but communication is an available and nice place. Thank you.
