Need to improve services n cleanses
familyRooms are not much maintained in cleanliness, bathrooms are horrible, breakfast in very unsatisfactory only up-ma n puri’, even they charge extra for tea

Poor Stay
Worst service ever. No response to repeated requests. Dinner ordered at 10 pm rcvd at 11 pm. Room geyser or hot water flask not working.

Good Stay
Room was good, but toilet needs improvement. Foul smell comes out of toilet. 2. Complimentary water bottle wsa given of half letre, which may be increased to two litres.

Terrible Stay
soloI had booked one room through makemytrip for my stay on 17th june, 2024 to 28th june, 2024 (for 1 day. My check in time was 12 noon but room was not available at the time of my arrival though my booking was confirmed upon full payment in advance. I kept waiting and room was allotted to me at 2. 30 pm. The room was very dirty, even the bath towel was wet. Bathroom was not clean. The hotel corridors were also dirty and unhygienic. Only two items were available in complementary breakfast and the quality of breakfast items was below standard. Unprofessional persons not having a modicum of etiquette sence are working at the reception.

Friendly cockroaches free
The property is full of friendly cockroaches and highly unhygienic. Hotel charging so high as per the location but dont supply water as complementary. Whereas all other property within state and outside provides. The entire hotel smells cockroach even thier restaurant so i didn't took breakfast even it was included.
