Hotel Prince

Extremely sad experience. I had a booking of a super deluxe room. The room is provided on the corner of the ground floor, heavily infested with mosquitoes. The size is hardly 8'× 8' a small bed (not king size) , there was no wardrobe / cupboard to hang you garments. The very dirty towels and blankets were provided so as the bed linen.There was no room number on the door. It seems to be a godown. The condition of the bathroom was pathetic. very dirty and the size was too small. When I sat on the commode my knee touched the wall. There was no geyser in the bathroom. The bucket and mug provided in the bathroom was very dirty. There was no water jug or water tumblers in the. In spite of repeated requests they didn't change the room. In fact all of their super deluxe rooms are on the second floor. The location of the hotel is on a narrow lane. The behavior of the manager ' Manas ' was very very rude and hursh. The amenities and services were extremely poor. I strongly demand to return my money immediately. I have taken the pictures of the room and bathroom. If you want I can post it to you. I recommend you not to sell their hotel any more. The facilities and amenities of whatever you've mentioned in my booking voucher are all false.

Location wise it's good. All things are available nearby the hotel.

rooms are damp, toilet not well cleaned,bad smelled staff behavior is terrible no parking place,on a narrow connective lane after 11 pm only parking possible,but it is too problemeti

Room condition was very poor along with service. In online they showed deluxe room but originally is it not and at the dawne mike sound as well as motor sound was disturbing the sleep so in words this is very irritating, no mineral water and wifi facility in the room.

The hotel i booked at keonjhar ( hotel prince) is boghus in one word. The rooms are small and there is no geyser in the bathroom and also comodes are not available. This is like hell for senior citizens. It's okayish for changing clothes and refreshment. Not good for stay at night.

Room is not so well. Gijer is not working. The standard of hotel is average. Room is conjusted. I will not prefer next time. The hotel to be improved lot

Toilet & doors are not maintained. Poor house keeping needs to be improved. One good thing is that location of the hotel is very good.

I booked and visited the hotel in time. There was no place to park my car. My booking data was not available to them and i had to show my booking detals before i was allowed to move in. Nothing is available in the hotel and you have to depend on everything to the nearby shops including a cupof tea. Room and services are bad. Yes, the hotel is in a very unhealthy place. So never ever book a room there. My suggestion.

Poor staffing quality, no commode toilet, no ac, no food, no parking slot, no power backup on fan only light power backup is available. No hot water system and tv is there but it is useless. I don't know how make my trip gives 3. 5 rating i don't know.

No boarding available. Poor customer service.

It was worth the amount spent. Need to focus bit more on cleanliness

Wash room is not clean. Foul smell was there. Water tap at lavatory was not working.

With repeated request to change torn bed linen, it was not changed. Window curtain was not fixed. But Hotel was clean and calm.

Very nice Hotel in lesser budget as compare peers, just need to keep backup of electricity in case of power off.

Good Hotel in minimum price. Hotel is neat and cleaned.

The Hotel is not available couple friendly but but online show is couple friendly. No food, no WiFi service.
