soloI had booked one room through makemytrip for my stay on 17th june, 2024 to 28th june, 2024 (for 1 day. My check in time was 12 noon but room was not available at the time of my arrival though my booking was confirmed upon full payment in advance. I kept waiting and room was allotted to me at 2. 30 pm. The room was very dirty, even the bath towel was wet. Bathroom was not clean. The hotel corridors were also dirty and unhygienic. Only two items were available in complementary breakfast and the quality of breakfast items was below standard. Unprofessional persons not having a modicum of etiquette sence are working at the reception.
