had a terrible experience at this property and feel compelled to share my feedback to help others avoid the same disappointment. From the moment I arrived, things were off. The place was unclean, with dirty linens, dusty furniture, and a foul smell in the room. Basic amenities like hot water, proper lighting, and functioning AC/fan were either missing or broken. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive, and when I raised my concerns, they either ignored them or made excuses instead of offering any real solution. On top of that, the photos shown online were completely misleading—this place looks nothing like what was advertised. Security was also a concern, and I felt uncomfortable staying there even for one night. I had to cut my trip short because of how unbearable the conditions were. I would strongly advise against booking this property. It’s not worth your money, peace of mind, or health.

Location is good. It's located around 500 m from railway station. Room was good but washroom not. Services was not upto. The mark. If u are solo then take it

They didn't even allow even check in. Even though i had paid my rent fully in advance. Very bad experience.

Sanitisation is well maintained staff is cordial in nature

Rooms were too dirty, washroom was uncleaned. Poor facilities of warm water and impolite reception staff. Alot of mosquitoes were there, i asked for allout they refused, never book this hotel though its cheap and near to railway stn.

Hotel at walking distance of 500 metres from Bareilly junction. Many options for fooding available near railway station.

Points to describe my stay at Hotel Occasion tower. 1. Rooms were very dirty. 2. Bad smell was continuously coming in all the rooms. 3. No drinking water facility was there. 4. No tea or hot water facility was there. 5. Tea or coffee procured from outside were heavily charged. 6. All the blankets were dirty. 7. We were provided 3 rooms of one size and 1 room of different size. 8. All the chairs were in bad condition. 9. All the rooms had only one TV remote. 10. No ventilation facility was there. 11. Washrooms were in a very bad condition. 12. I have so many photos to describe hotel condition.

No water. No working switches. No. Tv work. No toilet water

Pathetic rooms, pathetic staff, dirtiest rooms, poor property, extra small rooms, pathetic bed, bedsheet, mattresses. Everything was just pathetic.

Dont get into trap of cheap prices. People were drinking openly. Garbage was accumulated below the bed. Some s Witches were not working
