the moment I entered in hotel and went to reception I found no one was there , after waited 15 mins I found one person came and he asked me for what purpose I visited , and also I found he was drunk , and he asked from me to provide him a beer bottle , i somehow managed situation and then i got key and the moment I room opened by me I found mosquito everywhere + I found rat is running in side the room and washroom was so dirty , i requested person to change the room and he said in every room rat is running and mosquito is there , I had a very horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to stay at this place

After two hours of booking, manager refused for booking received from mmt. Manager was arrogant and rude. I suggest the people not to stay in this hotel. Many people have given negative remarks, i should understand their reviews.

Very bad service. The room was also not clean and room service was never done.

My stray is not comfortable due to the bed and the room is not clean. I also get the current shock while switching on the water heater at the bathroom

First of all room walls and bed are very bad also they don't electricity back up, and room extremely smelling

These room are not rooms these are garbage room even i cant able to sleep one night

First i checked in in room number 104 there the floor was in equal may leads to injury, shifted to 105 & 106 there ac was worked, so finally take room 102 that was not ready (clean) at that time. Reception boy help to manage as that time i was in hurry for my work. But in night during rain room 102 had the issue of rain water leakage from roof. This property is not professionally managed so not recommended

It was bad experience as Room (102) having the issue of rain water leakage. Its just a Oyo Hotel not recommended for business travellers. I chosen because of the location of the hotel as I had the work in that area.

Please change room mattress and all everything average

Should temperature check and sanitize

When i checked in the room which was allocated to me was very bad and when i shouted at morning they changed the room which was better. No food service every time they said order food online.

Smelling room, not sanitized, bathroom worst, light was not working, fan was not working, phone was not working, bedsheets and blanket were so dirty. Terrible experience, mosquitoes were there to make night so terrible

Wastage of money and very rude behaviour of staff. The staff was very much eager to cancel the booking done online in midnight, completely inhuman nature. No service at all. No sanitisation, no mask, no cleaning of rooms, room were very dirty and smelling.

They did not gave check in, manager cancel-led booking on his own, don't ever book this hotel money all wasted

They provide good privacy and the staff helps with other essentials. All in all a good environment

The premises was clean but there was no temperature check of arriving guests. Even guests were not even offered hand sanitizer on arriving at reception. Not sure whether the room was sanitized before my arrival.

Hotel location and room are good for this rate but food services not available early morning
