Room walls was not clean hot water in bathroom not available at 6.30 am morning

Overly priced rooms and services. Not value for money. Breakfast buffet was cold.. poha. Idilli, even potato gravy was not hot. Only aallo prantha was good.

The rooms were clean and well maintained plus the staff was very polite. Overall, the food could’ve been nice to make the experience a little better but all in all, it’s a good place to stay

The hotel asked for extra charges, they asked to pay extra 3000- for check in, and the staff was rude.

The stay was good we visited their 2nd time on 7th october 2023 (Saturday). The receptionist called us once for checkout on sunday. We told her to wait for 10 minute, we went their with our 9 month old son. He did potty and we couldn’t check-out on the given time and were bit late and she charged us with half day rent for just 20-30 minute extra. and that was very unpleasant for us. So would never prefer to go their again.

The hotel service is excellent. Provide a free breakfast for your choice in the room, staff service is very good, clean room etc.

There were no towels in the room, the tv hardly had any channels subscribed and they forgot to provide a basic breakfast buffet

Hotel casa divine is one of my personal favourites in bareilly. It's well built and is very clean. Rooms are spacious with amazing washroom toiletries. I have not tasted the food and hope it's good too. Well done.
