Hotel Aakriti Clarks Inn Express Bareilly

Linens were very very dirty - Too much of spot on both Bed sheets / Hand Towel / Pillow covers / Bathing towel.. It was very in hygienic. Door lock wasn’t working so every time I have to go to the Reception to ask for manual key help - Pathetic

There was no electricity for hours. Lift was not working, had to climb 3 floors and staff was very inconsiderate, all they had to say was toh kya hogaya guard se bol dete luggage utha leta, aap toh khud aa hi sakte ho 3 floors. we told him we drove for hours to find this and he didn't even have the courtesy to apologise. Rooms are clean and huge but staff and management is horrible. The ACs and fan nothing was working in this heat, it was difficult to sleep.

This hotel doesn't look like Clarks Inn property at all, there is a Vishal Mega Mart below it and above it is a hotel that gives the vibe of an Oyo hotel.

Bad experience -Toilet flush is not working -sometime lights is fluctuating Poor team management without knowing their staff they assign us a room that was uncleaned after that they are saying its showing in system cleaned. While checkout they are asking me for another room payment then we will confirm that there is no other payment,then he agreed

Firstly,this Hotel is not in Civil lines,it is far from the city,i dont know why MMT showed it on Civil lines location.It us nearby new bus stand on Pilibhit Bypass. Coming to room,the room was spacious but they didn't provide toileteries like tooth paste, brush. The knob of the bathroom door was broken so it didn't close and the washbasin in the bathroom leaked and drained all the water on the floor. Some lights flickered constantly.

The stay was good and the food was also good. Supportive staff and room was clean and the bathroom was also clean

The property was okay, but in the morning somebody unlocked my room and tried to enter it. Thankfully my door was latched so the person could not enter but my room was unlocked by a master key, and the receptionist,s only solution to this thing was I’m sorry, we accept our mistake. Never stay at this property again.

There was no proper cleaning outside premises, rooms were having stinky smell and patchy walls.

My stay was very peaceful & smooth. All the staff is very obedient & cooperative specially the manager mr wasi. Thanks everyone for their hospitality

I want-er a *hot water pad* for my friend late night as she was on her periods but i didn't receive anything helpful from the staff. Moreover, they preferred sleeping instead of helping us
