Property location is nice. But no safety. Vary vary pathetic situation of bedsheet, towel, washroom. Ac not working in ac room. Takes money and does not give any service. Stay on road instead of this hotel raid by police can be done anytime here

Rooms was not as per what i have seen and it's not as per my previous stays

Services were not good, ac was not working, switch board was not working, room was not clean bed sheets as well, we ordered food from them and any service we were asking they took so much tim for that and also we saw mouse there roaming around. So overall it was very bad experience. Room is unhygienic, damp in walls and corroded bath fittings.

location wise the place was good. but i was very very upset because of the contract between the Oyo and the hotels. oyo show some other price and when you book the hotel on that price then you are definitely going to face issue once you reach the place.

Absolutely bad place was this oyo's and the wall of the room there was bad. AC was not working. The rooms were not at all like they were shown. Bed was very bad. I want my half money back

They asked me extra charges when i get to the property and i don't have any other option so i have to pay them what they were asking which is about 500 extra very very bad experience, in a pre-booked and pure paid booking i have to give extra money never going to use make my trip again

Stayed there for 2 nights and bad experience with mosquitoes present there. Bathroom was not clean with water from ac spread there. Room service phone was not working and i have to request for drinking water each time after going directly to reception. Though the guy at reception was humble but these are basic needs and any provider must take care.

To get started with, we had two rooms booked for which we had to wait an hour to check in. Then the facilities were soo terrible. In the times of covid, they didn’t even provide packaged bottles, they just filled the bisleri bottles with normal water and provided the same to guests. No glasses, no sanitizations. The washrooms were so unhygienic and dirty. One of the washrooms had a lizard too. The flush of one of the washroom was not working. And the staff there was not at all friendly or helpful. They were just ignoring everything. I went their with my family and we were 4 people. We had selected the plan which has complementary breakfast and dinner. At dinner time they denied to give us dinner for 4 people and just said that they have it registered for 2 people only. We showed them our booking which said complementary breakfast but they didn’t bother look at it and kept showing that they have it for 2 only. They made us wait time 10 pm and after that also didn’t gave us the dinner so i had to take my family outside at 10 for the dinner. They kept on saying, “we have it for 2 only, contact makemytrip because discrepancy is at their end’. They were not customer centric at all. If they were friendly enough while explaining all this and tried even a bit to get this issue sorted at their end, i would have never be posting such wrong review ever. I am just doing it because they are not family friendly at all, you will just feel humiliated if you ho their with your family. We had elderly people with us and not for once they were at all. I have had many hotel trips with small issues which is totally fine because its human nature, i do mistakes all the time, but this was not acceptable at all. I always checkout from a hotel with very good mood, not wanting to checkout at all. But here, i was just waiting for those 2 days to end asap. Though makemytrip customer service really helped us with our booking, they were very helpful and concerning, but the hotel staff was miserable. Very very bad ! in future if i have no options left to stay, still i will never go to this hotel ever.
