Bathrooms were dirty .. stains on cp seat .. walls were dirty.. with ample damp in all rooms

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful from start to finish. I had booked a standard room but upon arrival they upgraded it to Deluxe room. The hotel surroundings were peaceful. The food at the property was excellent, offering a diverse menu with both local and international cuisines. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. Several meals I had, including dinner, featured quality ingredients and flavorful preparations, served promptly by friendly staff. The facilities were top-notch, including comfortable, clean rooms with modern amenities that made the stay relaxing.. The staff overall was very attentive and professional. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful property in lap of nature, exotic , lavish , peaceful . Food is delicious & you will get ample option to choose from. Staff if always ready to serve you with best. Note : Swimming pool , Indoor Bar is also available. In morning time you can go to nearby village, canal ( 10 kms) for walks. Write in exotic way for review

the staff is very courteous. even though Sarovar Portico has only taken over around 6 months back and they still have the linen issue to fix but the staff (esp the front desk and restaurant ones ) , amenities, pool, excellent food more than make up for it. highly recommended and I surely hope to come back again. Also to all the EV owners, they have 3KW charging points there.

we found lizards in the room ask for a change room and the same position was there , consecutive in all three room we found lizards,tiles of pool are broken my daughter got hurt and bleeding on toe no attendent was present,only one staff was present in restaurant who is taking order and serving food it took more than 45 min to get or lunch staff is cooperative.

The food was good complimenting with the weather… the pool was hygienic and clean… overall good property for a staycation

Overall property is good and has royal look. Service is average overall and needs a lot of improvement. No doorman at property reception gate, no welcome feel at reception. Food is ok( neither bad nor something to write about) .

Staff is not supportive ! Service are worst use better option near by royal kingdom as swimming pool no facilities

We booked 2 deluxe room in this resort through make my trip and booking aslo got confirmed after the online payment but one hour before check-in time, resort staff called me and said your booking has been cancelled as we do not accept any bookings from make my trip. They have asked my book your room in some other hotel. After so much of arguments they have adjusted us in standard room. Experience was very bad. I planned this trip with my family and kids. They have ruined our emotions. Need compensation for this.

ITs too bad experience with this , booking cancel at arrival . We trouble a lot just bcoz of poor services

They provided me with a room which had no windows to it, which I was not expecting as I am claustrophobic . Upon requests they said they can make room available but for 9,500 in cash and said can’t provide invoices for the same . After negotiations they sold the same for 5,500 but still did not provide invoice for the same . Their breakfast was also not fully set at 8:00am and didn’t had basic such as bread and tea . Their lift was also not working and we had room on 3rd floor . Location on make my trip was also not up to date so my 45 mins got wasted finding location .

Overall the Hotel is fine but the service is slow and similarly our room had some issues like water leakage plugs not working though they were attended to upon complaining.

they have given us 3rd class room with with 3rd class view they haven't provide us with hand wash in our toilet. breakfast buffet was fine.

One of my worst experiences. Horrible service. Rooms didn't have basic items like soap in the washroom. It took them 5 hr just to get soap as the hotel had only 1 house keeping staff. The restaurant was a nightmare. It took them 30 min to get plain rice. Their FnB manager told us their services are bad because there were too many people (approx 25). Moreover they always charge for items we didn't order. I wonder how Sarovar Portico is running the resort.

The stay was comfortable. Staff was cooperative. Got a complimentary room upgrade. Food was also good.

Sahi tha main gaya tha us hi din mujhe jis din check in kiya us-hi din check out karna tha mujhe tab bhi mujhse 2000 extra charge kiya

I and my wife had taken with us 2 relatives who had come to visit the pilibhit tiger reserve. We reached in the evening and got checked in easily. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with all facilities. The resort has such an amazing campus that anyone would get tempted to spend time in their lawns. The swimming pool and a wonderful multi cuisine restaurant is something special too. The forest safari jeeps can pick you up from the resort itself so you are all set to explore the forest. Service is good and you can't get a more comfortable stay in this region at such an affordable price.

Very good property. Staff and service was also good. Large rooms and very well kept bathrooms. Its a good option
