The hotel is easily reachable. The economy room was alright but there was no drinking water and room service wouldn't pick up the phone. The lock of the door from the inside of the room was broken so the room couldn't be locked from inside during the night but there was no disturbance. The stay was fine.

it was very Bad Experience, In term of cleaning is very Pathetic, you can see cockroach everyday..TV is not working , wall pant is not proper, toilet was not proper clear and bedsheet was not clear .. hotel will not give you water bottle, I you will request they will provide loose water.

poor room cooling worst room service. for a single water bottle called 4 times. about 1 am room changed due to bad cooling bt another room same condition.

Disappointing experience at this hotel. Average service and unhelpful staff. Even a simple request like ironing a single shirt was not accommodated. Very bad service overall. Would not recommend.

Hotel was good bt the staff is too Rude... my 1.5 year old daughter accidentally fallen by holding a glass pot ... Pot is broken they charge me. Rs 1320/- when I said to them just for small pot you are charging Rs 1320/- so he replied to me this order is from my GM and I have to follow his order

I had booked a suite here, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The AC wasn’t working, the room wasn’t hygienic, and the room service was below expectations. Definitely needs improvement.

I checked in on May 1st and was appalled by the condition of the room and the service. The room was poorly maintained — the window plywood was chipped, the study table was broken, and the air conditioning did not work at all. We had to rely on a fan in peak summer, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom door was chipped and felt unhygienic, and the main room door lacked a manual lock — a serious safety concern. Shockingly, housekeeping staff entered the room unannounced using a master key, and when confronted, they were dismissive and unconcerned. There is a clear lack of trained staff, and the management seems completely disinterested in guest concerns. You’ll find managers in coats walking around, but none are available to actually speak with guests. The food was overpriced and subpar — even basic items like tea and coffee were disappointing. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Would not recommend Hotel LA to anyone

Don't Book, Disappointing Experience My recent stay at LA Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition, lacking even basic amenities. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative, making the experience even worse. It was far from the comfortable and welcoming environment I had hoped for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

I booked the hotel for my father jn law and mother in law. They had to change room twice as AC was not working. I had to complain to executive. They were charging money for Dahi whereas we opted for dinner as well. Overal very bad experience
