room was good but food was worst. I booked breakfast and it horrible to see that there is only tea paratha and curd to have in breakfast. this was not acceptable

I arrived at hotel on 11th October 2025. I had booked 2-3 days earlier than above mentioned date. When i reached hotel, they said that all rooms are already booked. Then i showed my receipt of MMT. Then they cleared one room in a hurry and shifted me there. I booked super deluxe room. They provided me average rooms. On the top of that, AC was not working in that room. Then they hurriedly shifted me to another room. This was my overall experience with hotel LA. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Thanks.

Staff behaviour and service very bad

baby cockroach was in room and on bed sheet ...... in morning light cut off and no back (15 min minimum

The hotel is easily reachable. The economy room was alright but there was no drinking water and room service wouldn't pick up the phone. The lock of the door from the inside of the room was broken so the room couldn't be locked from inside during the night but there was no disturbance. The stay was fine.

it was very Bad Experience, In term of cleaning is very Pathetic, you can see cockroach everyday..TV is not working , wall pant is not proper, toilet was not proper clear and bedsheet was not clear .. hotel will not give you water bottle, I you will request they will provide loose water.

poor room cooling worst room service. for a single water bottle called 4 times. about 1 am room changed due to bad cooling bt another room same condition.

Rooms are not up to the mark food is also not good really not recommended. In room thay can't give mineral water as complementary

Disappointing experience at this hotel. Average service and unhelpful staff. Even a simple request like ironing a single shirt was not accommodated. Very bad service overall. Would not recommend.

Hotel was good bt the staff is too Rude... my 1.5 year old daughter accidentally fallen by holding a glass pot ... Pot is broken they charge me. Rs 1320/- when I said to them just for small pot you are charging Rs 1320/- so he replied to me this order is from my GM and I have to follow his order

I had booked a suite here, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The AC wasn’t working, the room wasn’t hygienic, and the room service was below expectations. Definitely needs improvement.
